CBT helps you to be more positive & rational. EMDR helps you reprocess issues/memories as healthier & in a more functional way. Hypnotherapy can help many medical & mental health issues.
I am an active therapist who will teach you a variety of coping skills for everyday life, including consistently managing your moods, increasing your self-esteem, being assertive to ensure you are getting your needs met, and daily stress management.
