I specialize in somatic-focused, trauma therapy and couples counseling. My clients tend to struggle with symptoms of hypervigilance, flashbacks, irritability, anxiety, grief, persistent nightmares, maladaptive behavioral patterns, dissociative disorders (including DID/OSDD), PTSD, and C-PTSD. No matter your lifestyle or occupation, you can have these symptoms at distressing levels that impact your quality of life and daily functioning.
I am professionally trained in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (gold standard for couples counseling), Family Systems and other modalities that I may incorporate as needed. Dissociative disorders evaluated with the SCID-D assessment. Sandtray therapy can be utilized for those that simply do not have the words to express their experience.
