I specialize in working with college age adults, mothers of young children, and families who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and life stress, utilizing holistic, evidence-based approaches to meet your needs. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals improve their emotional well-being and find a sense of peace and fulfillment in their lives. Therapy provides an opportunity to make growth in all areas from the inside out.
I teach my clients techniques to improve their challenging situations, behaviors, thoughts, or feelings to improve their social and emotional functioning to help them be more successful at home with their children, families, or partners, school, work, and in their community.
I also provide child-centered play therapy to children who are struggling with emotional and behavioral regulation, anxiety, and trauma.
