I work with adults experiencing issues with mental health, relationships, dating, family, life transitions, and work related issues. I promise to be your biggest cheerleader and your ride-or-die so you can live according to your values and start building the life you want.
I am trained in several types of therapy including EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, and somatic. If that all means nothing to you, no problem! I will walk you through everything. I provide a relaxed, irreverent environment for you to feel comfortable laying it all out on the table and have the freedom to be yourself.
