Imagine feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. Perhaps you say “yes” when you want to say “no”, your inner critic is loud, or your self-esteem feels stuck. Maybe you’ve noticed patterns of burn out, physical health issues, people pleasing, difficulty speaking up, self sabotage, or struggle to live fully in alignment with your values. You might be realizing you have trauma and family issues that need to be processed so you can move forward. But know that there is hope for change, and you don’t have to face it alone. It’s my passion to help people like you overcome these issues!
I approach therapy from a mind-body-spirit perspective, looking at the whole person, not just the problem. I draw on a blend of therapeutic approaches like Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic embodiment, depending on your unique needs.
In our work together, we’ll explore not only the roots of your struggles but also how you can create healthier patterns in your life. My role is to guide and support you in becoming more aligned with who you truly are, helping you reconnect with your self-worth, and live with more intention and compassion towards yourself.
