There are many different ways this can show up in your life and I acknowledge that shame, guilt, or humiliation has a way to invite itself in. Feeling good takes practice and you don't have to choose to carry all the heaviness alone. It's my passion to be a guiding light in all of my client's journeys and provide a safe space to process their heaviness.
Overcoming obstacles requires a connected relationship between the client and therapist. It takes having a respectful understanding of the client’s world from their lens. I have experience working with adults, children, and teens who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
