I specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), and life transitions. I'm an integrative therapist utilizing a range of theories and orientations. I am trained in EMDR and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help with PTSD, cPTSD, panic, phobias, and many other issues.
It is totally normal to feel nervous about starting therapy! I will do my very best to make your experience a positive one.
