Narcissistic Abuse and Recovery Support Group
Has your physical/emotional health been harmed by a toxic partner? Are you depleted by psychological control and manipulation? This group is for people recovering from narcissistic abuse, looking for a place of safety, respite and support. Get clarity about your experience and how to move forward. Rediscover the parts of you diminished by the abuse and reclaim your sense of self. Develop skills and strategies to effectively navigate the narcissist. Whether you are still in the relationship or going “no contact”, support is critical. Being with people who’ve been there is essential to finding sanity, relief and healing!
