EMDR is eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. The therapist uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, tactile stimulation) to decrease current issues. EMDR Intensives are a minimum of 2 hour sessions that allow for deeper and holistic healing. Creative grounding exercises are uniquely provided for each individual client.
