I specialize in working with anxiety, eating disorders, weight loss, and adjusting to life changes. As a Counselor & Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional treatment can include psychotherapy, trauma work, nutrition, movement, and supplements. Therapeutic models I utilize are ACT, EMDR, CPT, and Parts Work.
