My experience in the Veteran's Administration (combat soldiers and military sexual trauma) has given me some of my best training and life experience. I believe in going above and beyond and in truly listening to understand.

Thursday Online Standard Adult DBT Skills Group is led weekly by PSYCHe’s Owner and DBT Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist™, Stephanie Vaughn, Psy.D. Each group lasts 90 minutes, once a week on Thursdays (5:30-7:00pm EST/4:30-6:00 CST). Groups cover specific skills to increase mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
