Anxiety and stress can get in the way of living your best life. Taking the step to start therapy may be uncomfortable, but being willing and open to try new things can lead to growth and allow you to live a life that is important to you. It is my priority to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can begin this process. Working together, we can find ways to overcome difficulties and build meaning in your life. I want to help you find your true self and live the life you want to lead.
I am a licensed psychologist in CA and FL with expertise in anxiety and stress. I am also passionate about perinatal mental health, helping women and new parents through all stages of their pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journeys, including with issues related to fertility and loss.
I understand how important it is to find a therapist you can connect with and trust. I take an individualized approach with each client, making sure that I understand each person’s unique needs before identifying a treatment plan. It is my commitment to work together with you and provide you with the tools needed to make positive changes in your life.
