I work with folks ages 5 and up. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ related issues, Anxiety, Depression, Children & Adolescent issues, Parenting, Relationship issues, and Life Transitions. Additionally, I am currently accepting clients in search of stand alone Gender Affirming Care Evaluations for Gender Affirming Surgery (GAS) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
My master's is in Marriage & Family Therapy. This means that whether I am working with an individual, a couple, or a family, I am thinking about the systems in your life (i.e. family unit, work environment, etc.). This allows me to help you through your journey in a way that is not isolated to you, but sees you as an individual and part of a community.
I believe clients guide the therapeutic process and therapy is, by nature, collaborative work. If you are looking to become a healthier and more authentic version of yourself, I would be honored to journey alongside you in the process.
