I am very excited to start working with you towards building a life worth living! Together we can identify skills and coping strategies to help you in daily living. I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am specifically trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also have training in Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anger Management, and Parenting Skills. I have experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma.
I believe that therapy is most successful with a good rapport between the client and therapist. I take a non-judgmental approach to working with my clients so that they feel comfortable sharing their story. I work along side my clients to identify what is most effective for them.
I look forward to meeting and working with you! I am available evenings and weekends. Please contact me if you would like more information or to schedule an appointment.
