As a therapist, my focus is schizophrenia/psychosis and personality disorders. However I have worked with adults experiencing difficult life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, & identity issues. I have experience with helping individuals develop skills in such areas as, mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal awareness, & relapse prevention.
I practice from a client-centered/multi-cultural perspective, fostering a space for you to be open and genuine as I am with you. I am also versed in cognitive behavioral interventions. Change is never easy, but always possible.
