I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I enjoy working with teens and adults. I provide evidenced-based, and integrative methods of therapy, depending on each client's individual needs. I have extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness.
