We live in a culture that reinforces the idea that we should be able to have it “together” all the time; think positive, be grateful, and push harder are things we get told. You might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and discouraged that things aren’t getting better. You notice yourself disconnecting from yourself and others. Asking for help seems so hard! This is why I am here doing this work, guiding others through those stuck places, and helping people not feel so alone in it all. Trust me you have everything you need inside of you - a well of strength, wisdom and inner knowing.

This work will give you the support you need to get unstuck and feel like a more authentic and vibrant YOU! Together we will explore your experiences; the ways these have been felt and held within you for so long. You will find connections and understanding of what is happening for you now and be able to allow those old feelings to move through you.
