Together as a team we will explore what you would like to work through in the way that best fits your needs. As a therapist I'm respectful, supportive and attentive during sessions. I participate in sessions and offer feedback, support, new perspectives, validation and therapeutic exercises. I work with people from all different backgrounds, political views and different belief systems. I am a therapist who has done my own personal work in therapy and understand both sides of the therapeutic process.
My background includes working as a therapist for the White Mountain Apache Tribe, Hopi Tribe and as a supervisor for therapists. I will respect and incorporate your culture, world view, values, spirituality/religion, and identity into our work together. I offer a space where you speak your mind filter free.
