Hi my name is Tajra, I use an integrative and multicultural therapeutic approach to meet the needs and desires of my clients. With all the uncertainties in the world, I want to bring a warm, safe, and thought-provoking environment with every client I work with by introducing the necessary components of different models to assist my clients in their everyday lives and to be successful. My clients work towards developing greater self-awareness, and an appreciation for who they are individually and in relation to others.
I am a Mental Health Counselor-LP, specializing in treatments for but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, parenting and relationship issues. I provide treatment in individual, couple and family therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, multicultural and mindfulness-based therapy are a few approaches I may use.
