I believe therapy is relational alchemy and provides a mechanism for harnessing your resources. As a therapist and clinical consultant, I provide a space for connection and healing with people who want to be active participants in their growth. I see myself as a partner and collaborator in our work together. I will support you to develop trust in yourself and gain clarity on how you want to live. We do this with empathy, care, and curiosity about your beliefs and patterns which can move you away from or closer to your dreams.
I work with people of different racial, cultural and spiritual/religious backgrounds. Some of the concerns we seek to address include identity, career, relationships, trauma, parenting, illness, grief, death & dying. I support individuals, couples, and families. I also support people who seek therapy to improve their friendship dynamic.
I have trained in the following modalities: Relational Life Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Relational Psychotherapy, EMDR, Sensorimotor (Level 1), and Group Psychotherapy. In addition to therapy and coaching, I provide consultation to clinicians and mental health professionals.
