I am a therapist specializing in recovering from trauma, relationship distress, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.
I am interactive, warm, and will caringly challenge you. I work from an attachment-based, systemic, and experiential way that is tailored specific to your needs and desires. I have specialized training with couples and families and even when working with individuals my relationship focused training greatly aids my clients.
