Supporting Women Through Perimenopause/Menopause

Women spend 40% of their lives in menopause and everyone's experience is different. This is a 12 week group for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. The mission for this group is to create a safe place for women to be able to share their stories and concerns so that they can thrive by transforming views of menopause as the dreaded "change" to a stage of creativity, wisdom, and connection. Group will start mid October.
