I am trained in ERP for OCD and EMDR therapy for those who are looking to process trauma. Some areas of interest include life transitions, women's issues, OCD, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship difficulties. I am dedicated to providing my clients with empathetic, compassionate, and client-centered therapy, rooting my approach in understanding and valuing your unique experiences and perspectives.
I enjoy working with adolescents all the way to my older adult clients. I am passionate about working with families struggling with mental health issues.
