I am an eclectic counselor who utilizes techniques from multiple evidence based clinical theories such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Counseling to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and learn new approaches to old problems.
As a Black Queer Woman, I know how important it is to feel seen in all aspects of self. I work with adults of all ages who have diverse gender, sexual, & cultural identities. I am dedicated to using my own experiences & skill set to provide informed care to all people especially Black, Indigenous, & People of Color as well members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
