At some point, we all experience difficulties in our lives and reaching out for help isn't always easy. Especially when it comes to topics and experiences that feel isolating, scary, and overwhelming. I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, infertility, and perinatal mental health issues (including pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum). Your therapy experience is about you and your needs. I work with my clients to create a comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe environment to openly discuss whatever issues they may be experiencing and we work to provide relief and healing where needed.
