My passion is helping adolescent boys, teens & young adult men as they navigate through challenging periods in their lives. By empowering adolescents, teens & young adult men with the tools and support they need, they are able to get "unstuck" and move forward with more confidence. Many of my clients struggle with their peer relationships and may suffer with social anxiety or low self-esteem, thus avoiding social interactions altogether. In the absence of fulfilling peer relationships, they may develop an over reliance on video games, social media, or other electronics use.
Our goal at The Launch Pad ATL is to support adolescents, teens, and young adult men towards a successful future. Our office is conveniently located in Midtown. With direct access to Piedmont Park, we offer outdoor, adventure based therapy to all our clients. This is a truly unique experience!
I am aware that this population isn't often excited about seeing a "therapist". As such, I often explain my role as similar to that of a coach or mentor. While I have extensive clinical training, its my ability to establish an authentic connection that differentiates me as a therapist.
