I specialize in helping people work through childhood trauma, along with current day issues - workplace stress, anxiety, infertility, divorce and grief. I tend to be an "in the trenches" therapist - highly empathic, listening and responding. I use EMDR therapy and Somatic Experiencing tools when that could be a useful approach to resolve areas in which you feel triggered or anxious.
I specialize in helping people work through the stresses life inevitably throws at us - relationships, work problems, family conflict, and childhood trauma. I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist which is a highly successful and proven treatment for PTSD, anxiety and depression.
