This is a group for anyone who wants to increase their capacity for staying present with emotions and practice authenticity in relationships. At the end of the 6 weeks, participants will have learned and embodied mindfulness techniques, identified personal values they hold, and specific ways to live in committed action towards those values. This group will be held in-person from the end of March to early May.
