Are you someone that is going through some relationship hurdles and needs to work through them? Perhaps you are feeling stuck due to some event(s) that you haven't yet processed. Are you on the horizon of something that will change what your life previously looked like? We might make a good team if you think that a counselor who uses the person-centered counseling style, incorporates empathy, explores attachment, and utilize narrative skills to navigate our time together.
I am drawn to working with those who are going through life changes, healing from complex traumas, and anyone who is just looking to work on themselves. I am an eccentric counselor, and while I prefer to work under the theories that best work for my clients, I hold the mind-body connection as a crucial piece of our sessions. I enjoy using a holistic approach
My client work has been with individuals between the ages of 18 and 50 and going through major life transitions. I am open to 13 and up, I am also open to couples counseling as long as you both are in individual counseling as well.
