Hi, I'm Tiffany! I am Accepting New Clients. My ideal client's are adults ages 18+ who might struggle with being highly self-critical and negative self-talk, feelings of not fitting in / fear of missing out, if you're processing past experiences that have changed your perspective on life, and/or find yourself often living in chronic survival mode; often due to things outside of your control. As a neurodivergent, queer, BIPOC therapist, I also see clients of many marginalized communities looking to gain support, build confidence, and work on past traumas.
I have (and continue to) deeply understand the challenges of feeling different and navigating various intersections of identity. Everyone deserves validation, and I'm here to assist in your mental health and growth. Whether it's low confidence, unresolved trauma, race, gender, or sexuality, I'll help navigate and foster self-acceptance.
My upbringing emphasized the importance of caring for others, humility, and challenging societal norms, which has led me to specialize in trauma-based, somatic and feminist approaches (EMDR). I also value your comfort and confidence in our partnership, while also allowing the space for grace, being absolutely flawed as a human as well.
