As a Black, neurodivergent, larger-bodied woman and former D1 athlete, my lived experiences shape a warm, welcoming, and collaborative approach. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be vulnerable and explore your needs, working with an evidence-based, harm-reduction lens. I’ve worked with Olympic athletes and often support people through life transitions, job or sport stress, trauma, racial stressors, body image concerns, eating struggles, and those who get stuck living in their own head. My work is grounded in a relational and multicultural approach that incorporates trauma-informed principles, relational-cultural theory, as well as neurobiology. I am committed to providing an inclusive, affirming, and justice-oriented environment. I believe that the intersection of the identities you hold, shape and form how you interact with the world.
