Hi there, I'm Tom. Are you feeling stuck in your journey of development and improvement? I walk alongside men, women and couples and provide thoughtful insights and an empathetic, non-judgemental ear to help identify and work through roadblocks to growth. Through the use of imaginative therapy modules, I am able to help patients heal from past wounds that cause frequent stumbling and negative habits and grow towards their goals.
Additionally, I have experience working with OCD, couples and faith-based issues. I believe imaginative therapy such as internal-family systems can help heal areas of hurt not easily accessibly through cognitive therapies.
Therapy can be intimidating to start, but I am here to help make it as barrier free and comfortable as possible. I would love to hear your story.
