It is my wish and purpose to help each person access their innate wisdom and cultivate awareness and skills to meet their experience.
I specialize in helping people develop capacities and skills to manage and cope with what they are challenged by. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and have an extensive background practicing and teaching mindfulness and meditation.
