I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety, PTSD and depression and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among other therapeutic tools. Training in Gottman helps me address issues in your communication and resolve long term disagreements. We will work to uncover issues and disfunction in your marriage, your life, and in your relationships so that you can lead a more productive and peaceful life. We work at your speed to produce results that will be both satisfying and rewarding.

I work with the following: Marriage counseling and premarital couples counseling, anxiety and panic disorder, Grief and Loss, Survivor Trauma, PTSD, and can also provide service animal requirements for those with qualifying disabilities. I am also a business coach and can help you when you are stuck and want to grow!
