Women Talking Support for Women in Midlife

Women Talking is a therapy and support group for women in their 40's, 50's and 60's. Why this specific age group? Because so much change is happening, with our hormones, bodies, relationships. Women are getting more information than ever from the media, but really, most of us just want to talk to other women. We want to have open and vulnerable conversations about how all this change feels, how we feel. In this group we will talk about loss of identity, menopause, appearance, work/life balance, empty nest, and invisibility.
