Please note: I am currently not taking on new clients. Hello! I am a clinical psychologist with more than 20 years experience. As a skilled and compassionate therapist, I have worked with many people struggling with posttraumatic stress, depression, anxiety, anger and interpersonal relationship concerns. I am trained in a number of evidence-based therapy practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Reconstructive Therapy (IRT) and Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP).
It’s often hard to make the decision to contact a therapist, even when you realize it’s the right next step. I am passionate about working together to develop a unique treatment path that helps you progress toward your goals, and am not afraid to face dark thoughts and life experiences with you.
I provide free phone consultations to make sure I can offer the right fit for you. I am committed to accompanying you on your journey toward health.
