I help people who are looking to create healthier relationships through needs exploration, boundary setting, and mindful self-compassion. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, & Mindfulness interventions.
My practice is person centered & collaborative. I offer clients a supportive and open space where they can deepen their relationship with self and others as they pursue change. As a dual licensed and trauma trained therapist I specialize in addiction, attachment, loss and grief, as well as PTSD and C-PTSD healing.
