Hi! My name is Trista. Whatever journey has brought you to my page, I am so proud of you for being here. A little bit about me: I am married, I have two fur babies who are very spoiled, and I have a slight obsession for plants. Most importantly, I am blessed and honored with the privilege to sit with people in the most vulnerable times in their lives.

I found my love for therapy in aiding individuals with addiction and their family members find recovery. I enjoy working with couples doing marital and pre-marital counseling as well as aiding families in navigating life transitions. My passion, though, is working with moms and couples struggling with postpartum mental health and infertility issues.

As human beings we are not meant to be alone, it takes a village to thrive in life. I want to be a part of your village so that you can thrive. While I do not accept insurance currently, I would be happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement from your insurance.
