I am trained in therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Habit Reversal Training (HRT).
