Emotional scars, many of us have some internally. Some of the “scars” may be buried, suppressed, or repressed. We push it aside to get through our days until we realize it is bleeding into our life, relationships, work, and/or school. We see the scars (i.e., stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, past) as a nuisance, which they can be.
