I am an art therapist who enjoys working with teens, young adults, and adults. I focus on supporting my clients in finding their voices within the systems they live. My goal as your therapist is to support you in navigating feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that are impacting your life, navigating changes/transitions, and achieving your personal goals. As a board certified art therapist (ATR-BC) I encourage my clients to explore themselves through the process of creative expression. I am a warm and welcoming, yet direct therapist, and my overall hope is to walk beside you in support as you navigate changes in your life.
Your therapy journey is just that - yours. I believe that every individual deserves autonomy and to have a positive relationship with themselves.
