Dr. Lockard was awarded her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Lockard serves as a consultant and expert witness for military court proceedings. She has consulted and in some cases testified regarding sexual assault, pornography possession cases, memory and substance abuse, physical abuse of a child, general assault, and competence to waive rights.
