I am available to facilitate Psychodrama workshops for a variety of issues and special situations, including for nurses, first responders, struggling families, and workplaces in need of conflict resolution. These workshops provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore and process their thoughts and feelings, and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each group. Weekly Psychodrama Groups
Participants sign up for an 8-week cycle and can choose between a Tuesday morning or evening group for women, or a Sunday morning group for men. These groups run for 2 or 4 hours depending on the group. The benefits of psychodrama include improved communication and interpersonal skills, increased self-awareness and self-esteem, working on past traumas and the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Psychodrama can also help individuals to find new solutions to problems and overcome personal challenges.

I offer 1-day, 3-day, or 5-day intensives for groups interested in a more immersive and focused experience.
