Hi, I'm Zoë. I'm a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in mental health. I work with adults and couples who are seeking a deeper relationship with themselves and with each other. I find that with acceptance of your true self, the more confident you will feel in communicating openly, making hard decisions, setting boundaries and making desired changes in your life. This holds true in our relationships as well. When we learn to accept realities about ourselves, we can then learn how to share our inner world with others. I would love to help you find deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and down-to-earth. I view therapy as a co-created relationship between us in which we are both learning and growing. While I know it can feel scary to take the first step, I also know it can feel so rewarding to find someone who gets you. Someone who can listen without judgment and offer honest feedback.
Common issues that I treat: relationship issues, self esteem, pregnancy issues, parenting, life transitions, depression, anxiety, career changes, and people pleasing. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, EFT, and EMDR. In our work together, my greatest hope is for you to find deep acceptance and love for the person you are at your core.
