Often in the treatment industry clients are reduced to diagnoses of mental health issues and then treated on the level of their symptoms. While this has value and helps reduce immediate suffering, our methodology goes further and takes a deeper, more holistic approach. We do not pathologize, we see each human as a dimensional being with tremendous potential. Using our proprietary model of care, the 12 Dimensions of Human Health and Wellness, we explore all the areas that comprise one's life to determine what is causing underlying dysregulation. These areas are: substance use & medications, education, finances, career, legal/ criminal & civil, family, romantic relationships, purpose, connection to community & friendships, housing & living situation, medical & physical health, spirituality & religion, mental health & emotional regulation, and nutrition & fitness. We then collaborate with our clients to create a wrap-around team of multi-disciplinary support to empower transformation in all these areas, adjusting week by week as needs change or new needs arise.
