Through both my work as a therapist and my own life, I've often found myself in awe the innate human capacity to heal. And the more I do this work, the more in awe I am at how so much of healing begins with no longer being alone in hard things. In my therapeutic work I've witnessed the incredible resilience and transformation that can emerge when a safe space is held for one's story and experience. I continue to stand in awe of that resilience.

Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry approach informs my work after completing the 330-hour year-long professional training. This approach gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma through compassion and curiosity; so tha we can begin to move towards possibility.
