Currently accepting new clients. When asked “how are you?”, do you ever answer “I’m fine”, even though internally you’re in turmoil? I work with individuals to learn how they actually feel, approach and accept those feelings and move away from letting those feelings be in control. I primarily work with First-Responders, other Therapists and civilians who have experienced trauma both in their work and in their personal lives. Whether you are looking to explore the roots of your trauma symptoms, learn to cope with distress or build healthy boundaries, I hope to help you meet those goals.

My approach starts with understanding where you are in your journey and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I have experience in various evidence-based modalities of therapy which focus on trauma and emotion dysregulation including: CPT, DBT, CBT, ART, ACT and somatic-based interventions. Working together we can decide what makes sense for you.

My aim is to create a safe space for you to come and explore yourself. I invite clients to get curious about themselves (their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, sensations), develop compassion for themselves and then challenge themselves.
