Mindful Yoga-Based ACT Group

"Mindful Yoga-Based Acceptance & Commitment Training/Therapy (MYACT) is an established approach created by Tim Gordon, M.S.W. that combines both the practices and benefits of yoga and cognitive behavioural group intervention. This is an evidence-based approach to treating anxiety, depression, stress and other issues related to personal suffering." This program runs for a total of 8 weeks starting Wednesday, January 22nd at 6pm. The fee is 75$ per session. The cost of group therapy is covered by most extended benefits providers.
