Hello! I’m Christine and I’m a queer ADHDer. You’re on a quest for wellness and you’ve stumbled on to my page because you’re looking for a guide to help you navigate some difficult things. By difficult things, I mean executive dysfunction that comes with neurodivergence, sex & kink shame, relationship issues (incl. polyamory and NM) and living in a world that feels like it demands so much of you. But if you bring some curiosity towards your internal landscape and courageous self-reflection, I would love to join you on your quest to help you tap into the strength that exists inside you to align with your goals and values.
As your guide, you can expect a trauma-informed and non-judgemental approach, informed by an attachment-based perspective. My goal is to give you a meaningful therapeutic experience that explores many parts of yourself, connect you back to your authenticity, and encourage you to live a fulfilling life that inspires growth at your own pace.
