Hey! I'm Christopher, a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I work with teens, adults, couples and families dealing with a variety of concerns. I value flexibility, a deep connection and fun. I strive to meet you wherever you are in life's journey, whether that's diving deep and wading in the dark or if you're feeling stuck and need to untangle the mess. I aim to listen wholeheartedly and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be authentic. Lastly, I believe the journey is about progress (no matter how small) over perfection, which can be made a lot smoother when we are able to exhale and share a few laughs along the way.
I use an integrated approach anchored in authenticity and empathy. I believe that through curiosity, compassion, and collaboration you may experience growth, meaningful change and a life worth living. I use a relational framework while drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), experiential, somatic and existential approaches.
I resonate deeply with complex trauma (neglect, abuse), shame, identity/meaning, relationship issues (individuals/couples), mood/personality disorders, and neurodiversity (like ADHD).
